We know customers like to be clear about the steps involved in working with us, so below we have outlined the order process.
Initial discussion & estimate
We unfold your ideas and inspiration, drawing on examples of our past work and existing styles. We let you know the rough price brackets and approximate lead times of different options.
For fitted and large projects in the UK, we visit the site to survey and check accessibility.
Final Quotation & Timeline Approval
Once we have all the confirmed details, as well as a completed site visit (if applicable), we issue a final quotation and estimated delivery date.
Order & Deposit
If you wish to go ahead, we now require you to place an order and make a 50% deposit. The second 50% is due two weeks after the agreed delivery date.
Once your order and deposit are in, we translate your requirements into computer-generated renders and technical drawings that give a good idea of how each piece will look.
Our drawing office now readies the technical drawings for production, incorporating all the necessary details and internal specifications. At this stage, you approve our drawings and give us the green light to proceed with manufacture.
Materials & Finishes Sign-Off
We can provide you with samples of materials and finishes for approval. General practice is for the client to provide samples of finishes for us to match to. This can be an iterative process. Our clients often approve finishes in parallel to the first stages of manufacture.
Full steam ahead!
Our talented craftspeople motor ahead with your pieces.
